After many years of making homemade preserves and being told by family and friends that we should be doing it as a living we made our first batch to sell at a local craft Market. We went on to found Cornish Meadow Preserves in 1987. We only supply a handful of shops and attend food shows and markets, making true small batch artisan preserves.
