As a young child I would draw and paint , swim and canoe . Water & Arts have always been my first loves. My pieces range in subject and emotion with images of sailor, mermaid, humorous ugly fish and celebrations of Cornish life. The Lino process gives a graphic quality often compared to early sailor tattoos. I love the detailed mark making , slight imperfections and evidence of the artists hand in the cutting and print process.
