I love being fully immersed in a landscape when I’m out sketching and painting on location around Cornwall. I use my sketchbooks as a visual diary to create work that evokes a slower pace of life and celebrates the joy of the simple things.

At Colwith Farm Distillery, despite adversity, we knew from the start, we should craft our spirits from scratch. In terms of provenance, authenticity, environmental impact and quality, it does not get better. Unlike many distilleries that buy in base spirit, we produce our own from scratch using potatoes grown on the estate and water from our own underground aquifer.

Around 9 years ago Matt watched a TV show about Garlic and decided it would be fun to try growing it himself. He was amazed at the life cycle and health benefits and felt it would be good to get out in the garden. We first planted 50 Elephant Garlic bulbs in pots , which is still our main crop today, and now we plant around 10,000 bulbs each year to sell fresh and to make our array of delicious products.

Growing up on a smallholding and with a background in horticultural science and years spent as a garden designer and landscaper my passion has always been rooted in plants and natural wellbeing. I’m currently training as a Master Herbalist, deepening my knowledge to better support our community. I created this space not just to offer safe, reliable, and effective products, but to provide honest guidance in what can often feel like a confusing industry. I am the face behind Eltee, I create slow grown, highly detailed artworks that celebrate the diversity and wonder of the natural world, sprinkled with a little touch of whimsy, magic and mythology. I love immersing myself in the process of researching and designing for a project or theme. I really enjoy keeping my illustrations true to life and educational, so that the knowledge of wild things is not lost forever.

When looking for earrings to wear on my Zoom calls during the Covid-19 lockdowns, I struggled to find anything that really stood out to me as detailed, feminine, lightweight, and UK made. I like to think that my products fill this gap, but I suppose you should be the judge of that!

We are a husband and wife team and we bought our farm fields in 2016 and have spent the years since driving forward with our vision of a small high quality produce farm. We grow produce that is not commonly grown in Cornwall to make our multi award winning chutneys and fruit jellies and we have also grown our own livestock flocks to supply award winning free range eggs. We're passionate about ensuring our produce is Cornish, through and through!

I definitely had the blues about the fashion industry. The more I read about the extent of the over consumption and waste, the stronger I felt the only way forward was to recycle: using the beautiful resources that are already available to us.

The British seasons are where I draw my floral inspiration from. I create sustainable (no pesticides or plastic), natural arrangements from my own field flowers through April to November, and use British flowers the rest of the year. They can be personalised with homemade clay tags for that thoughtful touch.

Ever since I was little I loved earrings and was excited to get my ears pierced at the age of 13, so I could wear all the pretty. However I soon discovered that I had sensitive ears and could only wear real gold or silver. As a teenager this was of course devastating! Fast forward a fair few years and I was still struggling to find fun earrings that I could wear, so I had this crazy idea of making my own. I was just obsessed with earrings and it was this passion that pushed me to be brave, to dream a little bigger and to take that scary step and share my earring creations with the world.

Hey, I’m Lucy but you can call me Lu. Sometimes funny, always weird, I create art and other lushness from my home on the wild north coast of Cornwall. A mental health crisis forced me to reevaluate the important things in life. I quit my job, jumped in the sea, picked up a pencil and started to draw for the first time in over a decade. A riot of emotion, colour and love was born. Telling beautiful stories that celebrate the wild magic that lives inside you. In a world that too often tells women they are not good enough, not pretty or thin enough, I want to remind them they are a magnificent force of nature: As gorgeous as the setting sun, as breathtaking as a cold wave splashing your skin. I am inspired by finding a connection to nature, water, mental illness, empowerment and my home county of Cornwall. I’m Mike Newman, a freelance photographer and filmmaker born and raised in Penzance. For over 20 years, my life and work have been shaped by the rhythm of the Atlantic. As a lifelong surfer and sea swimmer, I don’t just photograph the ocean; I live in it. My lens is constantly drawn to the raw, untamed energy of the West Cornwall coast, from the towering winter swells at Sennen Cove to the ethereal morning light over St Michael’s Mount.

I’m Natalie and I have been making pottery in Cornwall since 2001. I love colours and textures and am inspired by seascapes.

I make all sorts of functional ceramics on the potters wheel & by hand and love experimenting with different shapes. I make my own glazes, from very colourful ones to calm tones which enhance my speckled clays. I am the grower and maker at Roots & Wild. I live in South East Cornwall with my wife Liz, Nigel our lurcher, Highland pony Morag, Dartmoor pony Matilda and last but not least, Sharon and Beyonce our chickens. I LOVE the outdoors. Whether that's on horse back or on my own two feet. We are regularly stomping around the coast path or forestry, looking for new inspiration. I was in the horse industry since my late teens but after some health issues, I decided to give it up and finally start the floristry business I always wanted to try in January 2024. I'm totally self taught. I used my small amount of savings to make my first order of dried flowers and have just grown from there.

I'm at my happiest when illustrating fun animal characters and I work digitally using scanned in textures I create using watercolour and acrylics. I live by the sea with my husband, 2 kids and rather lively cocker spaniel which all helps bring the joy to my work.
