At Colwith Farm Distillery, despite adversity, we knew from the start, we should craft our spirits from scratch. In terms of provenance, authenticity, environmental impact and quality, it does not get better. Unlike many distilleries that buy in base spirit, we produce our own from scratch using potatoes grown on the estate and water from our own underground aquifer.
