Some of our events are dog and child friendly, where there are restrictions they will be detailed in the event information.

If you act inappropriately or disrespectfully towards any of the Cornwall Shop Small team, our market partners, contractors, traders, other event visitors or members of the public we reserve the right to ask you to leave the event.

Most of our events include food and drink traders and other products that may include allergens or ingredients that could cause an allergic reaction. It is your responsibility to alert us and traders to any allergies you have, and to take the necessary precautions to keep yourself safe.

Cornwall Shop Small is not involved in the transaction between you (the buyer) and a trader (stall holder or listed business in the directory) at any of our in real life events, pop ups or through the Online Directory. This means that we don't control or guarantee any products legality, safety, quality or the accuracy of any product description. Any purchase, return or exchange of a product is made directly with the trader in line with their own terms.
